  PLEASE READ: this is a great coffee shop, and usually has great service and quality products. However, I took a quick trip to the coffee shop this morning and a woman- I am not sure of her name, but she is TERRIBLE- took my order, so I ordered my usual drink- an iced vanilla latte- and a water. The woman was incredibly rude to me. When I received my drink, there was a thick layer of syrup on the bottom of my cup, separated from my coffee. I thought that was odd so I stirred for 10 minutes until the syrup finally dissolved. When I took a sip I was disgusted by its horrible flavor!! It was the worst thing I have ever tasted in my entire life!! Along with this, the woman completely forgot about the water I ordered and instead had a long chat with her friend instead of taking care of my order. Please, if you want to visit this coffee shop, do it when this woman is not working!! Otherwise it's a great place. There's a great gentleman that is usually working and I would recommend going when he is working.
